Choose an Extension by Learning Need

Learner need Prepared extension What to check in the debrief
“It worked once; is it ready?” Use the learner safe test matrix and ask pairs to choose a repeat-run case. Which step might already have succeeded before a later failure?
“Another colleague will maintain it.” Complete the flow handover record for the workshop example. Can the colleague find the authoritative state, connections and stop procedure?
“Requests must remain visible.” Sketch a SharePoint-list alternative to a workbook tracker. What identifies each request, and who can read or update it?
“Errors disappear into email.” Demonstrate a failed action and a separate review route using a practice flow. Does the evidence distinguish technical failure from rejection?

Use Microsoft’s error-handling guidance when preparing run-after or scope demonstrations. Keep live demonstrations within the test environment and do not ask learners to enable connectors, create service accounts or change tenant governance during the class.

The Extra Exercises provide explicit inputs and expected evidence for reminders, mailbox triage and escalation. Select one extension and add its timing to the delivery plan.
